摘  要:液相微萃取是在液相萃取技术基础上发展起来的新型生物样品前处理技术,具有简便、快速、经济、环保等特点,已在血液、尿液、唾液等生物基质样品分析中广泛应用。本文通过查阅近5年文献,对液相微萃取技术的主要模式,即单液滴微萃取、分散液-液微萃取和中空纤维液相微萃取的基本原理,以及其在生物样品预处理中的应用进展进行综述,以期为体内药物分析、药代动力学研究以及新药研发等领域样品前处理提供技术支撑和参考。Liquid-phase microextraction is a novel pretreatment technique for biological samples developed on the basis of liquid-phase extraction technology,which is simple,rapid,economical,and environmentally friendly,and has been widely used in the analysis of biological matrix samples such as blood,urine,and saliva.In this paper,we review the basic principles of the main modes of liquid-phase microextraction techniques,i.e.,singledrop microextraction,dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction,and hollow-fiber liquid-phase microextraction,and the progress of their applications in biological sample pretreatment by reviewing the literature in the past five years,with a view to providing technical support and reference for sample pretreatment in the fields of in vivo drug analysis,pharmacokinetic studies and new drug development.
