摘  要:近年来,在我国高速发展的经济背景下,高速公路网线逐渐完善,但早期建设的高速公路由于交通量越来越大,因此越来越多的新建高速将双向八车道作为设计标准,“大跨径化”是隧道建设未来必然的趋势。大跨径小净距隧道在钻爆施工过程中,后行洞的爆破对先行洞的初支影响较大,如控制不好会造成严重的安全隐患。隧道后行洞开挖过程中,将电子数码雷管和掏槽眼分段装药延时爆破技术相结合,用于指导大跨径小净距隧道爆破参数设计。现场试验性爆破参数结果表明:电子数码雷管与掏槽眼分段装药延时爆破技术在与常规爆破技术同样爆破效率的前提下,降低了对先行洞初支约30%的振动影响。In recent years, under the economic background of China’s rapid development, the expressway network has been gradually improved.However, due to the increasing traffic volume of expressways built in the early stage, more and more new expressways take two-way eight lanes as the design standard, "long-span" is an inevitable trend of tunnel construction in the future.During the drilling and blasting construction of long-span and small clear distance tunnel, the blasting of the back tunnel has a great impact on the initial support of the first tunnel.If it is not well controlled, it will cause serious potential safety hazards.In the process of tunnel back tunnel excavation, the combination of electronic digital detonator and cut hole subsection charging delay blasting technology is used to guide the blasting parameter design of long-span and small clear distance tunnel.The results of field experimental blasting parameters show that the electronic digital detonator and cut hole staged charging delay blasting technology reduce the vibration influence on the initial support of the advance tunnel by about 30% on the premise of the same blasting efficiency as the conventional blasting technology.
