摘　　要：结合江苏京沪高速公路施工建设管理相关经验,分析在养护、维修、改扩建施工过程中存在的风险因素;旨在搭建出安全管理体系,并对其组成要素展开分析;对施工过程中的安全隐患按类别进行了讨论;在此基础上分析京沪高速公路施工安全管理体系建立理论,提出了进一步完善思路。研究成果可为高速公路施工安全管理体系的建立与完善提供一定的参考。Combined with the relevant experience of Jiangsu Jinghu Expressway construction management, analyze the risk factors in the process of maintenance, repair, reconstruction and expansion;aim to build a safety management system, and analyze its components;The hidden dangers are discussed according to the categories;on this basis, the theory of establishing the construction safety management system of the Beijing-Shanghai expressway is analyzed, and further improvement ideas are put forward.The research results of this paper can provide a certain reference for the establishment and improvement of the highway construction safety management system.
