摘  要:玻璃浮计是测量液体密度的传统计量器具,必须进行周期检定或校准,确保量值准确可靠。传统的直接比较法,存在检定液体有毒有害、配液过程烦琐、量程范围窄等诸多缺点。基于静力称量法的计量技术发展迅速,通过玻璃浮计计量溯源链,归纳了静力称量法原理,概述了校准装置的基本组成,分析了各国现有校准装置的结构特点,介绍了固体密度标准加卸载技术、标尺刻线对齐与识别技术、测量不确定度评定方法,指出了存在的技术难题,并分析了技术发展趋势,为计量行业提供参考。The hydrometer is a traditional metrology instrument for measuring the density of liquids.It must be periodically verified or calibrated to ensure that its value is accurate and reliable.The traditional direct comparison method has many shortcomings,such as the toxic and harmful refence liquid,the complicated liquid preparation process,and the narrow measuring range.The metrology technology based on static weighing method is developing quickly.The traceability chain of hydrometer metrology is stated,the principle of static weighing method is summarized,the basic composition of the calibration device is outlined,the structural characteristics of the existing calibration devices in various countries is analyzed,the solid density standard loading and unloading technology is introduced,the identification and alignment technology for the scales is introduced,and the measurement uncertainty evaluation method is summarized.With clarifying the existing technical problems,and analyzing the development trend,it provides a reference for the measurement industry.
