摘　　要：随着新能源汽车产业的发展,其驱动系统的噪声、振动、声振粗糙度测试(NVH测试)的市场需求也随之增长。目前,半消声室中的隔声罩对测试的影响主要侧重于仿真分析。本文在介绍NVH性能测试台架的结构及设计建造的基础上,分析了半消声室的声学测量要点,从隔音罩的降噪效果及非空场对测试的影响两方面进行试验,并分析试验结果。试验证明,非空场半消声室具有良好的声学特性,满足NVH测试要求。With the development of the new energy vehicle industry,the market demands for noise,vibration and harshness testing(NVH testing)of its drive systems are also increasing.At present,the influence of the enclosure in the semi-anechoic chamber on the test mainly focuses on the simulation analysis.In this paper,based on the introduction of the structure and design of the NVH performance test bench,the main points of acoustic measurement in the semi-anechoic chamber are analyzed.The noise reduction effect of the enclosure and the influence of non-empty field on the test are tested,and the test results are analyzed.The test results show that the non-open field semi-anechoic chamber has good acoustic characteristics and meets the NVH test.
