探讨区间测速系统检定用标准时钟的选择

摘　　要：随着区间测速系统越来越广泛地用于交警部门的超速执法,各地计量院所都有建立区间测速系统检定装置的潜在需求。其中,标准电子时钟是该装置的主要标准器。本文从笔者所在单位采购该设备及在使用时遇到的问题出发,在设计思路、发光原材料元器件的选择、制造工艺等方面,分析总结了市面上常见的标准时钟的特点,从而确定适合区间测速系统检定环境及条件的标准电子时钟类型,为相关计量单位选购该标准器提供一定的参考。Point-to-point speed measurement system is becoming increasingly widely used by traffic police departments in speeding law enforcement.Therefore,there is a potential demand for metrological measuring institutes to set up verification devices for point-to-point speed measurement systems.The standard electronic clock is the main standard of these verification devices.This paper is based on the problems encountered in the purchase and application of the device by the author’s unit.In addition,the characteristics of common standard clocks available in the market are analyzed and summarized from various aspects like design ideas,selection of luminescent raw materials and components,manufacturing process,etc.,various aspects like how they were designed,the selection of luminescent raw materials and components as well as the manufacturing process,so as to determine the standard electronic clocks suitable for the verification environment and conditions of point-to-point speed measurement system,and provide some reference for relevant metrological measuring institutes to purchase this standard device.
