民族传统武术在高职体育教育中的传承与发展研究

摘　　要：在我国,民族传统武术十分盛行,是一种兼具比赛竞技性和表演艺术性的传统体育项目,贴合我国盛行的儒家文化和注重内外兼修的传统文化特点。为了实现民族传统武术的传承与发展,我国在高职院校的体育教学中开设了针对民族传统武术的学习,这既有基于现实的考虑,又有传承传统文化的考虑,满足高职院校体育改革的实际需求。而基于高职院校体育改革的实际需求,阐述了高职体育教育传承与发展民族传统武术的机遇和挑战,提出了高职体育教育传承与发展民族传统武术的可行路径,以期探索高职体育教学改革的新方向。In our country,the national traditional martial arts is very popular,is a kind of both competitive competition and artistic performance of the traditional sports,fit the prevailing Confucian culture and pay attention to the internal and external training of the traditional culture characteristics.In order to realize the inheritance and development of ethnic traditional martial arts,the study of ethnic traditional martial arts is set up in the physical education teaching of higher vocational colleges,which is based on the practical conside ration as well as the inheritance of traditional culture,to meet the actual needs of the physical education reform of higher vocational colleges.Based on the actual demand of physical education reform in higher vocational colleges,this paper expounds the opportunities and challenges of the inheritance and development of traditional national martial arts in higher vocational physical education,and puts forward the feasible path of the inheritance and development of traditional national martial arts in higher vocational physical education,in order to explore the new direction of physical education reform in higher vocational colleges.
