快递服务时效稳定性分析

摘　　要：基于标准差和变异系数,比较研究了顺丰、EMS、京东、中通等10家业务量较大的快递品牌2019—2021年全程时效和72小时准时率数据,并构造统计学模型对10家快递品牌的时效稳定性进行综合排名,并指出快递时效稳定性受到多种因素影响。研究成果对提升快递服务质量具有重要参考价值。In this paper, using standard deviation and coefficient of variation as the criterion of comparison, we analyzed the overall timeliness and 72-hour on-time rate of 10 major express delivery brands with large business volume, including SF Express, EMS, and JD,etc. Next, we ranked the timeliness stability of these brands and pointed out that the timeliness stability of express delivery was under the sway of multiple factors. The finding of this paper would have important reference value for improving the quality of express delivery services.
