摘  要:为研究尿素配施腐植酸钾对西葫芦幼苗生长和光合特性的影响,本试验以西葫芦品种“农园1号”为试验材料,探究在施用尿素的条件下促进西葫芦幼苗生长和光合特性的最适腐植酸钾浓度。本试验共设7个处理:浇灌1/3倍山崎黄瓜配方营养液(CK);浇灌1/3倍山崎黄瓜配方营养液+2 g/L尿素(T1);浇灌以T1营养液为溶剂配成腐植酸钾浓度分别为0.04%、0.07%、0.1%、0.13%、0.16%的营养液(分别标记为T2、T3、T4、T5、T6)。试验结果表明:在施用尿素的条件下配施腐植酸钾可以促进西葫芦幼苗的干鲜重、叶面积、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr),降低胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)。综合分析:T5处理的西葫芦幼苗生长状况和光合特性表现最好。In order to study the effect of urea combined with potassium humate on the growth and photosynthesis characteristics of zucchini seedlings,zucchini variety"Nongyuan No.1"was used as the test material to explore the optimum potassium humate concentration under the condition of urea application.Seven treatments were set in the experiment:1/3 times of Yamazaki cucumber formula nutrients solution(CK),1/3 times Yamazaki cucumber formula nutrient solution+2 g/L urea(T1)and nutrient solutions with potassium humate concentrations of 0.04%,0.07%,0.1%,0.13% and 0.16%(T2,T3,T4,T5 and T6,respectively)were prepared with T1 nutrient solution as solvent.The results showed that the application of urea combined with potassium humate could promote the dry and fresh weight,leaf area,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs)and transpiration rate(Tr)of zucchini seedlings,and reduce the intercellular CO_(2)concentration(Ci).Comprehensive analysis:The growth and photosynthesis characteristics of zucchini seedlings treated with T5 were the best.
