摘  要:目前反复生化妊娠病因尚不十分清楚,一直是国内外的研究热点。前期研究认为胚胎早期停育是生化妊娠的主要病因,然而近年的研究显示,对于反复生化妊娠患者,即便通过胚胎植入前遗传学筛查技术筛选染色体正常胚胎进行移植,仍然不能有效降低生化妊娠发生率。因此越来越多的学者认为生化妊娠的发病机制存在于母胎界面。uNK细胞是介导母胎界面免疫微环境的主要细胞,在妊娠早期的子宫蜕膜中大量积聚。uNK细胞具有独特表型及功能,在妊娠期免疫耐受调节、子宫内膜蜕膜化、滋养细胞侵袭、子宫螺旋动脉重塑、胎盘形成和胎儿生长发育等多方面都发挥关键作用。本文通过总结uNK细胞的作用,探讨其与生化妊娠的关系。At present,the etiology of repeated biochemical pregnancy is not very clear,and it has been a hot topic of domestic and foreign research.Previous studies believed that early embryo abortion was the main cause of biochemical pregnancy.However,recent studies showed that for patients with repeated biochemical pregnancy,even if the chromosomal normal embryos are screened by preimplantation genetic screening technology for transplantation,the incidence of biochemical pregnancy still could not be effectively reduced.Therefore,more and more scholars believe that the pathogenesis of biochemical pregnancy exists at the maternal-fetal interface.UNK cells are the main cells mediating the immune microenvironment at the mother-fetus interface and accumulate in large quantities in the uterine decidua in early pregnancy.UNK cells have unique phenotypes and functions,which play a key role in immune tolerance regulation,endometrial decidualization,trophoblast invasion,uterine spiral artery remodeling,placenta formation and fetal growth and development during pregnancy.In this paper,we summarize the function of uNK cells and discuss the relationship between uNK cells and biochemical pregnancy.
