后疫情时代高素质涉外人才本土培养模式构建

摘　　要：新冠疫情给全球高等教育国际化带来严重冲击,高素质涉外人才培养面临巨大挑战。由此,需要创新人才培养思路,加大本土培养力度,以满足高质量推进“一带一路”建设的时代需求。本文立足后疫情时代高等教育国际化的突出特点以及高素质涉外人才的内涵特征与培养现状,以本土国际化教育为理念指导,从面向全体学生,强化高素质涉外人才的语言、知识与能力的多元复合性、立足本土本校,提升高素质涉外人才的家国情怀以及课程本土国际化,打造国际性校园环境三个方面探讨高素质涉外人才本土培养模式的构建策略,以期为后疫情时代高素质涉外人才培养提供模式参考。The Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia epidemic has brought a profound influence on the internalization of high education.As for the cultivation of high-qualified talents with international horizon,it needs to reform its traditional pattern.The paper,with Internationalization at Home(IaH)as the theoretical support,has reconstructed the cultivation pattern of high-qualified talents with international horizon.Under the new cultivation pattern,it is targeted at all the university students on campus,improving their comprehensive capabilities of language,knowledge and culture,nurturing their patriotism with ideological and political education,and cultivating an internationalized campus with internationalizing curriculum.
