古今中医安胎法的时间医学体系探微

摘　　要：中医时间医学最早追溯至《黄帝内经》时期,以其理论为基础,强调了“整体观”“节律性”和“因时治宜”等基本原则,被运用于疾病诊断、治疗及预防养生等方面。历代医家与近、现代医家的理论,均鲜明涵盖了女性孕、胎的节律性与时间医学概念。文章从各家著作溯源考证、古今治法体系总结、现代化技术进展,推动中医安胎最佳介入时机及关键节点研究发展,为中医药安胎现代化探索——时空组学技术的应用提供关键理论依据。Chronomedicine of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can be traced back to Huangdi Neijing based on TCM theory,which emphasized the principles of ’holistic view’ ’rhythmicity’ and ’appropriate treatment according to time’,and it has been applied to disease diagnosis,treatment and health preservation and prevention. From the past to the modern traditional Chinese physicians,which clearly covers the rhythm and chronomedicine concept of female,pregnancy and delivery. This paper promotes the best intervention time and key nodes of TCM and provides the key theoretical basis for the stereomics of TCM,based on the tracing and textual research of various works,the summary of ancient and modern treatment systems,and the progress of modern technology.
