摘　　要：文章总结高树中教授内外合治法治疗不孕症的临床经验。高教授认为肾虚肝郁、冲任失调为不孕症的基本病机。提倡四诊合参,形成了以望人中沟、望唇周痤疮及脐部切诊为特色的诊疗方法。主张内外合治,外治法主要包括以“高氏经验穴”为主穴的针灸治疗及脐疗理论指导下的隔药灸脐及熨脐治疗;内治法以口服中药为主,在以逍遥散加菟丝子、紫石英为主方的基础上辨证加减,并形成了对药、引药应用规律。To summarize professor GAO Shu-zhong’s clinical experience in the treatment of infertility. Professor GAO advocate that kidney deficiency,liver depression and the imbalance of chong ren are the basic pathogenesis of infertility. The combination of four diagnosis was advocated,and a set of diagnosis and treatment methods featured by the philtrum,acne around the lip,navel inspection and umbilical palpation were formed. Internal and external therapy is advocated. The external treatment mainly includes acupuncture and moxibustion with GAO’s experience as the main point and umbilical moxibustion and ironing.The internal treatment is mainly oral Chinese medicine,and on the basis of Xiaoyao Powder plus dodder and amethyst as the main prescription,the addition and subtraction of syndrome differentiation,and the application rules of pair drugs,primer drug have been formed.
