摘  要:子宫内膜是女性正常行经、孕育的物质基础。宫腔粘连(IUA)导致子宫内膜基底损伤、内膜容受性破坏,是引起不孕、月经不调的直接因素,因此,IUA是目前妇产科、生殖科的诊疗难题。尤昭玲教授通过经阴道三维超声(3D-TVS)辅诊方式,归纳子宫内膜十类异变状态,提出“尤氏调膜十法”,据证立法,以法选药,并在宫腔粘连治疗方剂的基础上随症加减。Endometrium is the material basis for women’s normal menstruation and pregnancy. The loss of basal layer and receptivity of the endometrium is the contributing cause of infertility and irregular menstruation,which is damaged by uterine adhesions(IUA). So,IUA is regarded as a hard nut in gynecology,obstetrics and reproduction. Professor YOU summed up ten abnormal states of endometrium by three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound(3D-TVS),and put forward the “YOUs’ ten methods of endometrium regulating”. The therapeutic method of the IUA prescriptions is formulated by syndromes and benefit to the medicine selection,while the formula is modified when symptoms change.
