摘　　要：文章总结了胡天成教授辨病辨证论治儿童特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症的经验。本病可归属于中医咳喘、血证、虚损等病范畴,病位在肺,与脾肾密切相关;病因多系湿热内蕴;核心病机是湿热熏灼,肺络受损,痰瘀互结;病性以肺脾肾虚为本,湿热痰瘀为标,本虚标实,虚实夹杂。急性肺出血期与慢性反复发作期多实,实证多系湿热痰瘀为患;肺出血静止期、慢性迁延后遗期多虚,虚证多因气血亏虚使然。本病采用辨病辨证相结合,以中药治疗为主的方法,临证应分清标本缓急,总的治疗原则是急则治标,缓则治本;祛邪扶正,补不宜早;以清为主,以通为补。This article summarizes the experience of professor HU Tian-cheng on syndrome differentiation in children with idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis. This disease can be classified into the category of diseases such as expectoration,blood syndrome,and deficiency injury in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),where the disease location is in the lung and is closely related to the spleen and kidney;Etiology multi lineage dampness heat internalization;The core disease mechanism is dampness heat and lavender,lung collaterals are damaged,sputum stasis interposition;The pathogenicity is marked by the deficiency of lung spleen and kidney,dampness,heat and phlegm and stasis,and this deficiency represents an inclusion. Acute pulmonary hemorrhage phase and chronic recurrent phase are mainly excess with dampness heat and phlegm stasis;The resting period of pulmonary hemorrhage and the sequelae after chronic removal are mostly deficiency due to deficiency of qi and blood. The disease is differentiated using a combination of syndrome differentiation and treatment is mainly based on TCM,and clinical indications should be clear of specimens slowly,and the general treatment principle is acute and slow cure;removing evil Fuzheng and supplementing it should not be early;mainly,Qing is adopted for toning.
