贾英杰从三焦“黜浊培本”辨治肺癌经验

摘　　要：贾英杰教授根据多年临床经验指出肺癌发病是在正气内虚的基础上,加之外邪长期侵袭,肺气宣发肃降失衡,人体三焦气机紊乱,导致浊邪内积,久蕴不解,痰、瘀、毒邪相互胶着,化生为“癌浊”所致,认为三焦功能失司是肺癌发生发展的关键环节,故而肺癌治疗重在疏利三焦气机,以利癌浊宣散,倡导以“黜浊培本”为治则,即强调黜浊与培本结合,权衡正邪轻重,明辨虚实,分治三焦,既要截断浊邪之来路,又当给浊邪以出路,尤其在中晚期肺癌的治疗中,见效显著。According to many years of clinical experience,professor JIA Ying-jie pointed out that lung cancer happened when the vital energy was poor,and exogenous pathogen attacked for a long time,the lung-qi lost balance of diffusion and descending and Sanjiao-qi disordered,thick pathogen produced and can not be eliminated for a long time. Finally,the phlegm,blood stasis and poison pathogen combined into cancer turbidity. In addition,he thought that the dysfunction of Sanjiao was the key point of lung cancer’s development. Therefore,the treatment must pay attention to regulating the Sanjiao. He innovatively proposed the basic treatment principle of ’Chuzhuo Peiben’ in the treatment of lung cancer,combining the Chuzhuo and Peiben,distinguishing between the deficiency and the excess,balancing the healthy qi and pathogen,all these means intend to regulate the Sanjiao-qi mechanism,cut off the sources of turbidity,give the evil way out. He is especially good at treating the middle and advanced lung cancer,which achieved significant effect.
