摘　　要：中医基础理论研究需要深入运用新技术、新方法、新思维和新理念。从临床实践中,总结经验,并升华为新的理论;应用实验研究证明已有理论,并求取科学新知或理论创新;深入研究古今文献,从中汲取精华,以充实中医基础理论。既要继承和运用传统的临床经验和观察方法,也要结合当代疾病谱变化以及现代医学检测指标,增添新的客观数据和科学内涵,为“辨证论治”注入新的活力。做好顶层设计,制定诊疗程序,规范数据收集模式,构建统一的信息系统,在方法科学、证据充实、数据精准的基础上,创新和发展中医基础理论。To study the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine in depth,new technology,new methods,new thinking and new ideas should be employed. The main principles include summarizing experience from clinical practice and sublimating it into a new theory;applying experimental research to prove existing theories and seek new scientific knowledge or theoretical innovation;conducting in depth study of ancient and modern literature to enrich the basic theory of Chinese medicine by extracting the essence.Traditional clinical experience and observation methods should be inherited and applied,and new objective data and scientific connotation should be added in combination with the changes of contemporary disease spectrum and modern medical tests,so as to inject new vitality into the ’syndrome differentiation and treatment’. By making top-level design,formulating diagnosis and treatment protocols,standardizing data collection mode,building a unified information system,basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine is innovated and developed on the basis of scientific methods,abundant evidence and accurate data.
