摘　　要：时间因素对针灸效应有着至关重要的影响,文章从3个方面设计针灸时效关系研究:首先通过文献数据挖掘汇总不同疾病针灸治疗时间因素,通过Meta分析评价不同时间因素的针灸效应,并通过遗传算法、多指标决策分析法、层次分析法等寻找最优针灸时间处方;其次通过问卷调查的方式,将临床针灸医师治疗不同病种取效时间因素的经验,与不同病种患者自身针灸治疗的体验及评价有机结合,探寻最佳针灸时间因素组合;最后通过临床正交试验研究,进一步明确针灸时效关系。Time factors have a crucial impact on acupuncture effects.The research on time-effect relationship of acupuncture and moxibustion is designed from three aspects:Firstly,summarize the acupuncture treatment time factors of different diseases by literature data mining,evaluate the acupuncture effects of different time factors through meta-analysis,and look for the optimal acupuncture time prescription through genetic algorithm,multi index decision analysis and analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,combine the time factors’experience of clinical acupuncturists in the treatment of different diseases with the patients’evaluation of acupuncture time factors by questionnaire survey,explore the best combination of acupuncture time factors.Finally,further clarify the time-effect relationship of acupuncture and moxibustion through the clinical orthogonal test.
