摘　　要：艾灸治疗仪器是对传统艾灸疗法的传承和发展,是在传统的灸疗理论的基础上,结合现代灸疗的研究成果和多元化现代技术手段,经过一系列的临床疗效观察和实践逐渐研制出的新型的灸疗器械。在现代技术稳步发展的今天,艾灸治疗仪器的应用愈发广泛,在降低室内污染、调控温度、预防烧烫伤以及提高艾灸疗效等方面发挥着重要的作用,渐渐地能够精准模拟艾灸与人体穴位吸收的耦合和艾灸灸疗的全过程,并实现能量的精准馈入的目的。笔者通过查阅近几年相关的专利和文章,对目前商用的艾灸治疗仪的研发与应用现状作一综述,通过对比分析现有各种艾灸治疗仪器的创新性及优缺点,对未来艾灸治疗仪器的研发方向提出参考。Moxibustion treatment equipment is the inheritance and development of traditional moxibustion therapy.It is a traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy equipment that is gradually developed through a series of clinical and practice based on traditional moxibustion theories,combined with diversified modern techniques and methods. Today,with the steady development of modern technology,the application of moxibustion treatment equipment is becoming more and more extensive,and it plays an important role in reducing indoor pollution,adjusting the temperature,preventing burns and improving the efficacy of moxibustion. In this article,by consulting related patents and researches in recent years,it summarizes the current development and application status of moxibustion treatment equipment. Put forward opinions and suggestions on research and development direction.
