摘 要:衰老是一个全身性、渐进性、累积性、不可逆性的生命退化过程,随着人口老龄化的日益加剧,对延缓衰老的研究也一直方兴未艾。在衰老过程中肠道菌群的多样性、组成和功能发生显著的变化,提示调节肠道菌群的失调状态可能是抗衰老的有效途径。中医药延缓衰老作用历史悠久,在调节肠道菌群方面发挥着重要作用,同时菌群也会对中药进行代谢从而更好地发挥药效。文章通过综述中药有效成分、单味药和复方制剂对肠道菌群抗衰老作用的研究,为中医药延缓衰老提供新思路和新方向。Aging is a systemic,progressive,cumulative and irreversible life degradation process. With the increasing aging of population,the research on delaying aging has been in the ascendant. Significant changes in the diversity,composition,and function of the gut microbiota occur during aging,suggesting that theregulating the imbalance of intestinal microbiota may be an effective way to resist aging. Chinese medicine has a long history of delaying aging and plays an important role in regulating intestinal microbiota. At the same time,microbiota also metabolizes Chinese medicine so as to play a better effect. In this paper,the research on the anti-aging effect of that Chinese medicine active ingredients and extracts,single medicine and compound preparation on intestinal microbiota is reviewed,which provides a new idea and research direction for the anti-aging of Chinese medicine.
