摘　　要：“舌形态”理论包括舌形和舌态理论两部分,是中医舌诊理论的重要组成部分。《辨舌指南》是医家曹炳章的舌诊专著,是近代舌诊研究领域中的一部系统完备、条理清晰的经典著作。书中对于“舌形态”理论的论述较为详尽且富有特色,对后世舌诊理论的发展具有指导意义。笔者就《辨舌指南》中的“舌形态”相关理论从生理、病理诊断意义,对病机与预后的诊断意义,以及形色同诊等方面进行归纳分析,并探讨其理论特色。The theory of ‘tongue shape and condition’ includes two parts: the tongue shape theory and the tongue condition theory,which is an important part of the tongue diagnosis theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Bianshe Zhinan is a monograph on tongue diagnosis written by CAO Bing-zhang. It is a systematic and well-organized classic work in the field of modern tongue diagnosis. The discussion on the theory of ‘tongue shape and condition’ in the book is more detailed and full of characteristics. It is of guiding significance to the development of tongue diagnosis theory in later generations. The authors summarizes and analyzes the relevant theories of ‘tongue shape and condition’ in Bianshe Zhinan from the aspects of physiological and pathological diagnostic significance,diagnostic significance of pathogenesis and prognosis,and simultaneous diagnosis of shape and color,in order to discuss its theoretical characteristics.
