《傅青主女科》中黑芥穗与炮姜的配伍应用探析

摘　　要：《傅青主女科》是清代医家傅山所著,专为女科所设。文章通过分析炮姜与黑芥穗配伍在书中应用的案例,探讨傅山运用炮姜与黑芥穗的配伍规律:注重炮制,突出药效;肝脾同治,引血归经;同入血分,和血止血,除瘀引阳;收利并用,补而不滞。傅山之炮姜与荆芥配伍规律探析对指导妇科临证遣方用药具有极为重要的意义。FU Qing-zhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology was written by FU Shan,a doctor in the Qing dynasty. By analyzing the cases of the compatible application of tenuifolia and baked ginger in the book,this paper researches the compatibility law of tenuifolia and baked ginger by FU Shan. It includes the following items,laying emphasis on processing drugs to highlight the efficacy,simultaneous treatment of liver and spleen,promoting blood back to main and collateral channels,harmonizing the blood and arresting bleeding,removing blood stasis to inducing yang,restraining and dredging in supplement and not sluggish.The analysis of the compatibility law between tenuifolia and baked ginger is of great significance to guide the clinical prescription of gynecology.
