保健灸益寿延年研究中衰老动物模型的筛选

摘　　要：当前,衰老相关研究成为人们关注的热点。中医理论和临床认为保健灸能够益寿延年,然其机制尚不清晰。因此选择合适的实验动物,构建合适的衰老动物模型,是研究保健灸益寿延年机制的重要手段。文章结合动物模型衰老表型的相似度、寿命、时间的可操作性等对衰老相关研究中常用的动物模型进行整理归纳。目前广泛应用的衰老模型,涉及酿酒酵母、无脊椎动物、脊椎动物门鱼纲等非哺乳纲动物,以及非人类灵长类、啮齿动物等哺乳纲动物。此外,一些其他特殊动物如蝙蝠、食肉目犬和猫、中国树鼩等也相继成为衰老研究模型。文章从这些衰老动物模型中筛选较为适宜保健灸益寿延年研究中的动物模型,以指导中医灸疗的发展,同时为其他衰老研究中相关动物模型的选择提供依据。Currently,aging related research,has become the focus of people’s attention. Traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical practice believe that health-care moxibustion can prolong life,but its mechanism is still unclear. Therefore,selecting suitable experimental animals and constructing suitable aging animal models are important means to study the mechanism of health-care moxibustion for longevity. In this paper,the animal models commonly used in aging-related research are sorted and summarized based on the similarity of the aging phenotype,lifespan,and time operability of animal models. At present,the widely used aging models involve non-mammals such as Saccharomyces cerevisiae,invertebrates,vertebrate phylum Fishes,and mammals such as non-human primates,rodents. In addition,some other special animals such as bats,carnivorous dogs and cats,Chinese tree shrews have also become aging research model. We selecte the animal models that are more suitable for the study of health-care moxibustion prolong life from these aging animal models to guide the development of TCM moxibustion,while providing a basis for the selection of relevant animal models in other aging studies.
