舌下络脉与中老年糖脂代谢的关系

摘　　要：目的:分析和评估中老年不同糖脂代谢情况下的舌下络脉特征及变化规律。方法:采用TFDA-1型数字舌面诊仪,以标准化采集方案采集338例舌下络脉数字化图像,并通过智能处理方法获取舌下络脉具体特征值。分析糖脂代谢情况和舌下络脉特征之间的关系,以及舌下络脉颜色与年龄段之间的关系。结果:舌下络脉主干长度、脉管直径、迂曲度在内的形态特征与不同糖脂代谢情况之间无线性相关。糖脂代谢正常的SV-L、SV-a和SV-b均高于其他组;糖脂代谢异常的SV-a、SV-b低于其他组,与糖脂代谢正常、单纯性脂代谢异常比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。SV-a与中老年龄增长之间呈反方向变化。结论:在舌下络脉形态上,糖脂代谢异常、单纯性糖代谢异常多见舌下络脉脉管直径增粗;在舌下络脉颜色上,糖脂代谢异常的中老年人舌下络脉颜色偏青,单纯性糖代谢异常的中老年舌下络脉亮度较暗。随着年龄增长,不同糖脂代谢的中老年舌下络脉总体呈现红色变淡的趋势。Objective:To analyze and evaluate the characteristics and changing laws of sublingual veins(SV)under different conditions of glucose and lipid metabolism in middle-aged and elderly people.Methods:The TFDA-1 digital tongue and face diagnosis instrument was used to collect 338 digital images of SV with a standardized acquisition plan,and the specific characteristic values of SV were obtained through intelligent processing methods.The relationship between glucose and lipid metabolism and the characteristics of SV was analyzed,and the relationship between the color of SV and the age group.Results:The morphological characteristics including the trunk-length,width,and tortuosity of SV were wirelessly correlated with different glucose and lipid metabolism.The SV-L,SV-a and SV-b with normal glucose and lipid metabolism were higher than other groups;SV-a and SV-b with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism were lower than other groups,and there were significant differences when compared with normal glucose and lipid metabolism and simple lipid metabolism disorder(P<0.05).SV-a changes in the opposite direction to the middle-aged and old age.Conclusion:In the morphology of the SV,abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism and simple glucose metabolism are more common in the diameter of SV;in the color of SV,under the tongue of middle-aged and elderly people with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism.The color of SV is blue,and the brightness of SV in the middle-aged and elderly patients with simple glucose metabolism is darker.As age increases,SV of middle-aged and elderly people with different glucose and lipid metabolism generally show a tendency of redness and lightening.
