丁丽仙治疗高龄失独妇女获孕疑难案例诊疗思路分析

摘　　要：当今社会,高龄备孕妇女人数呈上升趋势,其中卵巢储备功能减退者较多,易引发不孕,同时,高龄也是增加妊娠并发症、造成生产困难的一项重要因素。针对高龄备孕妇女“怀孕难,保胎难,生产难”的问题,文章介绍丁氏妇科流派第十代传人、全国名中医丁丽仙教授治疗高龄失独妇女获孕疑难案例,总结分析该案例获孕前、获孕后的诊疗思路及方药应用,强调在治疗该病的过程中,应重视心身同治,并将人文关怀贯穿始终,以期提高临床疗效。In today’s society,the number of women who plan for pregnancy and have advanced age is on the rise,among them,there are more patients with ovarian reserve dysfunction,which is easy to cause infertility.At the same time,advanced age is also an important factor that increases pregnancy complications and causes difficulties in delivery.Aiming at the problems of"difficult pregnancy,difficult pregnancy protection and difficult delivery"for women who plan for pregnancy and have advanced age,this paper introduced a difficult case in which Professor Ding Li-xian,the tenth generation descendant of Ding’s gynecology school and the national famous Chinese medicine professor,treated an elderly women who lost her only child and acquired pregnancy.It summarized and analyzed the diagnosis and treatment ideas and prescription application of this case before and after pregnancy,emphasized that in the process of treating this disease,physical and mental treatment should be paid attention to,and humanistic care should run through the whole process.In order to improve the clinical efficacy.
