摘　　要：整理并记录了王颖主任基于“通督调神”理论针刺治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹的经验。王颖主任认为该病病机为气虚血瘀,经络瘀阻,而核心在于神机失用,神气无以驾驭气血荣养目系;表现为目筋弛纵不收、瞳神运动失利、不能精明视物等。该病病位在目,目为脑之延伸,故以督脉为媒介,基于脑-督脉-经络-五脏的调节,治宜通督调神以复神机,活血通络以荣目系,兼容并蓄,神机充沛,气血得运,方可明外视物、明内望神。该法临床疗效卓著,值得引介。This paper summarized and recorded the experience of Director WANG Ying in treating diabetic oculomotor paralysis with acupuncture based on the theory of“Tongdu Tiaoshen”.Director Wang Ying believes that This disease’s etiology is qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the meridians and collaterals are blocked,besides,the core lies in the inability to control the qi and the blood to nourish the eyes;Diabetic oculomotor paralysis is characterized by ptosis,eye movement disorders,double vision,to name a few.The disease is located in the eye,and the eye is an extension of the brain,so it uses the supervision pulse as the medium,based on the regulation of the brain-supervising pulse-meridian-five organs,the treatment of this disease should not only revitalizes the blood circulation to nourish the eyes and eye subordinate tissues,but also Tongdu Tiaoshen to solidify the foundation.Only when the“shen”is abundant and the qi and blood are running as usual,the visual function will be normal.The clinical effect of this method is remarkable and worth introducing.
