虎符铜砭刮痧对湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者免疫调节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察虎符铜砭刮痧对湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(SPID)的疗效及其对患者免疫调节功能的影响。方法:选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院2021年1月—2022年5月收治的湿热瘀结型SPID患者68例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组给予常规生殖医学科方式联合灌肠进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予全息经络虎符铜砭刮痧联合治疗,均治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后的血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平变化。结果:2组治疗后,血清TGF-β1、IL-4水平均升高,观察组相关统计值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组,总有效率、盆腔积液量、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、生活质量评分等比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:虎符铜砭刮痧应用于湿热瘀结型SPID具有减轻疼痛、减少积液量、提升生活质量的作用,可能与虎符铜砭刮痧疗法促进免疫调节有关。ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of Hufu Tongbian Scraping on the sequelae of damp-heat and blood-stasis pelvic inflammatory disease( SPID) and its influence on the immunomodulatory function of patients.Methods Sixty-eight patients with damp-heat stasis type SPID admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional reproductive medicine combined with enema, and the observation group was treated with holographic Jingluo Hufu Tongbian scraping combined with the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical efficacy and the changes of serum transforming growth factor-β1( TGF-β1) and interleukin-4( IL-4) levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment, serum TGF-β1 and IL-4 levels were increased in both groups, and the relevant statistical values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance( P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the total effective rate, pelvic effusion volume, visual analog scale for pain( VAS) score and quality of life score were statistically significant( P<0.05). ConclusionThe application of Hufu Tongbian scrapping in dampness-heat stasis SPID has the effects of reducing pain, reducing fluid accumulation and improving life quality, which may be related to the promotion of immune regulation by Hufu Tongbian scrapping therapy.
