摘  要:以间苯二酚-甲醛树脂/聚乙烯醇互穿网络聚合物(RF/PVA)为前驱体,经KOH活化后,制备分级多孔碳材料,用于有机染料的吸附。采用红外光谱对RF/PVA进行表征,X射线粉末衍射、扫描电子显微镜和N_(2)吸脱附分析对碳材料进行表征。采用静态吸附实验,研究碳材料吸附剂种类、罗丹明B染料初始质量浓度、不同种染料等因素。结果表明:采用RF/PVA互穿网络聚合物为前驱体,利用KOH一步活化法制备的分级多孔碳材料,对染料的吸附性能有明显提高。Interpenetrating polymer networks of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin/polyvinyl alcohol(RF/PVA) was used as a precursor and activated by KOH to prepare hierarchical porous carbon for adsorption of organic dyes. The RF/PVA was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The hierarchical porous carbons were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and N_(2)adsorption/desorption analysis. Static adsorption experiments were used to investigate factors such as the kind of carbon materials, the initial mass concentration of Rhodamine B, and different species of dyes. The hierarchical porous carbon prepared from RF/PVA and using KOH one-step activation method exhibited a significant improvement in the adsorption performance of the organic dyes.
