摘　　要：传统的制备文冠果油的方法多采取物理压榨法,但需要采用特殊的超高压榨油机进行压榨,同时由于文冠果油口感差,需要采取一些技术手段提升其口感,使其成本提升。以采集自赤峰市阿旗白城子林场文冠果为原料,采取超临界CO_(2)法对文冠果油进行了萃取,确定其最佳萃取条件,并对所得文冠果油的理化性质进行了测定。Traditional methods for preparing Xanthoceras sorbifolia oil mostly adopt physical pressing, but special ultra-high pressure oil press is needed. At the same time, due to the poor taste of Xanthoceras sorbifolia oil, some technical measures are needed to improve its taste, which can increase its cost. In this paper, Xanthoceras sorbifolia oil was extracted by supercritical CO_(2)method, and the optimum extraction conditions were determined. The physicochemical properties of Xanthoceras sorbifolia oil were determined.
