摘 要:具有低成本、环境友好型的水基钻井液常广泛应用于现场钻井中,由于水基钻井液的主要成分为水相,易引起泥页岩水化膨胀、分散而造成井壁失稳以及水基钻井液性能恶化。为了提高水基钻井液的抑制性能避免上述问题,以N-(3-三乙氧基甲硅氧烷基)丙基丙烯酰胺(APTS)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、丙烯酸(AA)为原料制备两性离子型抑制剂YZ-1,通过红外光谱与凝胶色谱分析,证明其分子结构符合预期,分子量约为12 560 g·mol^(-1);进行了环保性分析、膨润土造浆、线性膨胀与页岩滚动回收实验,结果表明抑制剂YZ-1生物毒性EC_(50)值大于30000mg·L^(-1),生物降解性BOD_(5)/CODcr大于20%,具有良好的环保友好性能;抑制剂YZ-1可有效地抑制膨润土水化造浆、水化膨胀,并显著提高页岩滚动回收率,应用于水基钻井液中表现出良好的配伍性能。Water-based drilling fluid with low cost and environmental friendliness was widely used in field drilling. As the main component of water-based drilling fluid was aqueous phase, it was easy to cause hydration expansion and dispersion of mud shale,resulting in wellbore instability and deterioration of water-based drilling fluid performance. In order to improve the inhibition performance of water-based drilling fluid and avoid the above problems, the zwitterionic inhibitor YZ-1 was prepared by using N-(3-triethoxymethiloxanyl) propyl acrylamide(APTS), methylpropenoxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(DMC) and acrylic acid(AA) as raw materials. Through infrared spectrum and gel chromatography analysis, it was proved that the molecular structure can meet the expectation, and the molecular weight was 12 560 g·mol-1. Environmental protection analysis, bentonite pulp making, linear expansion and shale rolling recovery experiments were carried out. The results showed that the biotoxicity EC_(50) value of YZ-1 was greater than 30000 mg·L^(-1), and the biodegradability BOD_(5)/CODcr was greater than 20%, indicating that YZ-1 had good environmental protection performance. The inhibitor YZ-1 can effectively inhibit bentonite hydration pulping and hydration swelling, and significantly improve shale rolling recovery, and it showed good compatibility performance when it was applied to water-based drilling fluid.
