摘  要:通过以钯碳为催化剂,研究O-叔丁基对硝基苯甲醛肟以乙醚为溶剂与氢气进行氢化还原反应得到O-叔丁基对氨基苯甲醛肟粗品,再用氢氧化钠溶液、水洗和饱和食盐水进行洗涤,最后用无水硫酸镁干燥,抽虑,脱溶得到橙红色液体O-叔丁基对氨基苯甲醛肟,液谱含量92%,收率为:89.5%。实验结果表明该催化剂催化效果好,使用量少,酯化率高,环境污染少,可回收再利用,价格易廉,极有应用价值。This paper, o-tert-butyl-p-nitrobenzaldehyde oxime was hydrogenated and reduced with ether as solvent and hydrogen to obtain crude o-tert-butyl-p-aminobenzaldehyde oxime, which was washed with sodium hydroxide solution, water and saturated salt water, and finally dried with anhydrous magnesium sulfate, pumped and desolved to obtain orange red liquid o-tert-butyl-p-aminobenzaldehyde oxime. The liquid spectrum content was 92%, and the yield was 89.5%. The experimental results show that the catalyst has good catalytic effect, less use, high esterification rate, less environmental pollution, low price, and has great application value.
