摘  要:半柔射频电缆因其传输性能好、可靠性高、柔软性好等优势是整机装备必不可少的传输元件。为了提高航天用半柔射频电缆的国产化能力,实现相关技术的自主可控,对航天用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)绝缘半柔射频电缆国产化展开了初步试验研究。通过试验验证,由国产PTFE材料和成型助剂推挤制得的PTFE绝缘线芯在10 Mrad(0.1 MGy)电子辐照后电气性能(绝缘电阻、介质耐压)完全满足标准要求,以国产化PTFE绝缘线芯和圆铜线编织+浸锡外导体制得的该电缆在1~10 GHz频段范围内1~250 Mrad(0.01~2.5 MGy)辐照下传输性能(衰减)变化率在5%以内,兼具了优异的半柔性能和高低频耐辐射性能,可满足航天用电缆的耐辐射要求。由此验证了该电缆产品国产化的可行性,其国产化的实现路径可为其他航天用电缆国产化设计研发提供参考与指导。The semi-flexible RF cable is an indispensable transmission component of the whole equipment due to its advantages of good transmission performance,high reliability,good flexibility,etc.In order to improve the localization capability of semi-flexible RF cable for aerospace and realize the independent control of related technologies,a preliminary experimental study is carried out on the localization of semi-flexible RF cable with PTFE insulation for aerospace.Through test verification,the electrical performance(insulation resistance,dielectric withstand voltage)of PTFE insulated core extruded from domestic PTFE materials and molding aids fully meets the standard requirements after 1o Mrad(0.1 MGy)electron irradiation.The transmission performance(attenuation)change rate of the cable,which is made of domestic PTFE insulated core and round copper wire braided+tin dipped outer conductor,is within 5%under 1~250 Mrad(0.01~2.5 MGy)irradiation in the frequency range of 1-10 GHz.The cable has excellent semi-flexible performance and high and low frequency radiation resistance,which can meet the radiation resistance requirements of aerospace cables.Therefore,the feasibility of localization of the cable product is verified,and the realization path of localization can provide reference and guidance for the localization design and development of other aerospace cables.
