摘 要:随着月球探测、深空探测领域的发展,射频连接器作为空间探测器舱内外射频信号传输连接的关键元器件,要求越来越高。为了满足宽温域、低气压、高辐射等严苛的空间环境使用要求,对空间探测器用SMA型射频连接器产品结构设计进行了研究。通过连接器的温度补偿结构、微放电防护结构、连接可靠性结构、阻抗补偿结构等一系列结构设计,使该空间探测器用SMA型射频连接器在空间环境下获得了极佳的机械连接可靠性和传输性能稳定性。With the development of lunar exploration and deep space exploration,as the key components of RF signal transmission and connection inside and outside cabin for space detector,the requirements of RF connectors are so demanding.In order to meet the requirements of wide temperature range,low pressure,high radiation and other harsh space environment,the structure design of SMA RF connector for space detector is studied.Through a series of structure design of the connector,such as temperature compensation structure,micro discharge protection structure,connection reliability structure,impedance compensation structure,etc.,the SMA RF connector for space detector has obtained excellent mechanical connection reliability and transmission performance stability in the space environment.
