摘 要:讨论了异型石英光纤传像束作为光学成像探测器的重要意义,利用排丝叠片法制备了一种线面转换异型石英光纤传像束,并利用测试平台进行了透过率和串像率测试。该光纤传像束在450~850 nm波段的透过率为40%~60%,串像率为4%。通过实验研究和数据分析,明确了制备过程中提高传像束性能的有效方法,确定了一套排丝叠片制备光纤传像束的工艺和流程,这对光纤传像束产品的广泛应用具有一定指导意义。The important significance of the special-shaped silica optical fiber image transmission bundle as an optical imaging detector is discussed.A line-to-surface conversion special-shaped silica image transmission bundle is prepared by fiber arranging and stacking method,and a test platform is set up to conduct the test of transmittance and crosstalk rate.The transmittance of the image transmission bundle in the 450~850 nm band is 40%~60%,and the crosstalk rate is 4%.Through experimental research and data analysis,an effective method to improve the performance of optical fiber image transmission bundle is defined,and a set of technology and process for preparing optical fiber image transmission bundle by fiber arranging and stacking method are determined,which has certain guiding significance for the wide application of optical fiber image transmission bundle products.
