摘 要:紫外光(UV)辐照交联技术是我国目前自主研发的一种新型交联技术。相较于传统高能辐照(电子束等)法和化学法(硅烷法和过氧化物法),UV辐照交联技术原理类似于高能电子束辐照法,而工艺流程类似过氧化物热引发化学交联法。从UV辐照交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘的技术原理和特点、材料、设备、工艺、电缆性能多方面对UV辐照交联技术在低压电缆领域中的应用进行了研究。研究结果表明,UV辐照交联技术具有交联效率高、交联效果好、产品性能稳定、设备简单投资小、节能环保、操作机动灵活等特点,未来在低压电缆领域有大范围取代硅烷交联技术、小规模代替电子束辐照交联技术的趋势。The UV-irradiation crosslinking technology is a new crosslinking technology independently developed in China.Compared with traditional high-energy irradiation(electron beam,etc.) method and chemical method(silane method and peroxide method),the principle of UV-irradiation crosslinking technology is similar to high-energy electron beam irradiation method,and the process flow is similar to peroxide thermal initiation chemical crosslinking method.The application of UV-irradiation crosslinking technology in the field of low-voltage cable is studied from many aspects,such as the principle and characteristics,material,equipment,process,and cable performance of UV-irradiation crosslinking technology for XLPE insulation.The results show that UV-irradiation crosslinking technology has the characteristics of high crosslinking efficiency,good crosslinking effect,stable product performance,simple equipment,low investment,energy conservation and environmental protection,flexible operation and so on.In the future,it will replace silane crosslinking technology in a large scale and electron beam irradiation crosslinking technology in a small scale in the field of low-voltage cable.
