摘  要:文章基于物联网(Internet of Things,IoT)平台和大数据及云计算等技术,建立了适用于家庭和社区的智能远程医疗系统,以解决医疗资源分配不均、线下就诊等候时间长、老年及特殊人群就医困难以及健康监测和疾病防治缺位等现实问题。文章以物联网技术为核心支持搭建智能化远程医疗系统,借助生理传感器采集人体生理数据,利用通用分组无线业务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)网络将数据传至后台数据库,通过人工智能算法与系统存储的健康数据进行对比分析、处理以及判断。此外,系统能够与医疗服务中心进行实时交互,实现共享用户监测数据,能够便于加强日常防护,提高救治时效,保障用户的生命健康安全。Based on the Internet of Things(IoT)platform,big data,cloud computing and other technologies,an intelligent telemedicine system suitable for families and communities is established to deal with the uneven distribution of medical resources,long waiting time for offline medical treatment,difficulties for the elderly and special groups to seek medical treatment,and the absence of health monitoring and disease prevention,which is the inevitable way out for the development of the medical industry in the future.The article takes the Internet of Things technology as the core support to build an intelligent telemedicine system.The system uses physiological sensors to collect human physiological data,uses General Packet Radio Service(GPRS)network to transmit the data to the background database,compares,analyzes,processes and judges the health data stored in the system through artificial intelligence algorithms,and at the same time,the system interacts with the medical service center in real time to realize the sharing of user monitoring data,which is convenient for strengthening daily protection,improve the effectiveness of treatment,and maintain the life,health and safety of users.
