摘  要:文中通过外加剂调试配制高保坍的减水剂是解决混凝土坍落度损失大的有效办法。本次试验以某商混站C50细石配合比及其生产用材料为例,阐述了通过调整减水母液类型、缓凝剂品种、复配小料以及保坍母液来配制高保坍聚羧酸减水剂的方法,针对客户生产要求的相关技术指标,确定了以13%153减水母液、2%一水柠檬酸、0.05%AE引气剂、3%K94与4%K95保坍组合实现了混凝土2h无坍损的试验效果。In order to solve the problem that the concrete slump is small and affects the construction quality, it is an effective way to solve the problem that the concrete slump loss is large to prepare water reducing agent with high slump retention through the admixture debugging.Taking the mix proportion of C50 fine stone and its production materials of a commercial mixing station as an example, this test described the method of preparing high slump retaining polycarboxylic acid water reducer by adjusting the type of water reducing mother liquor, the type of retarder, compounding small materials and slump retaining mother liquor. Finally, according to the relevant technical indicators required by the customer for production, it determined that 13% 153 water reducing mother liquor, 2% monohydrate citric acid, 0.05% AE air entraining agent The combination of 3% K94 and 4% K95 has realized the test effect of concrete without slump loss for 2h.
