摘 要:文中借助正交试验方法研究了快硬硫铝酸盐水泥掺量、缓凝剂组成及掺量对水泥凝结时间、强度的影响。结果表明:随快硬水泥掺量增加,水泥凝结时间明显缩短,1d强度明显提高,但3d强度增长率在逐渐降低;快硬水泥掺量较少时,少量缓凝剂可能会出现促凝的反常现象;酒石酸替代葡萄糖酸钠时,有一随缓凝剂总量增加而增加的最佳掺量;快硬水泥掺量小于15%时,缓凝剂的加入及酒石酸的替代均会对1d抗折强度产生负面影响,但当快硬水泥用量大于15%时,缓凝剂使用及一定比例的酒石酸对1d抗折强度有积极影响。This paper studies the effect of the content of fast hardening sulphoaluminate cement, the composition of retarder and its content on the setting time and strength of cement by orthogonal test method. The results show that with the increase of the content of fast-hardening cement, the setting time of the cement is obviously shortened, the 1D strength is obviously increased, but the 3D strength growth rate is gradually decreased, when tartaric acid is substituted for sodium gluconate, there is an optimum amount of tartaric acid which increases with the increase of the total amount of retarder. When the amount of quick hardening cement is less than 15%, there is an optimum amount of tartaric acid which increases with the increase of the total amount of retarder, the addition of retarder and the substitution of tartaric acid will have a negative effect on 1d flexural strength, but when the dosage of quick hardening cement is more than 15%, the use of retarder and a certain proportion of tartaric acid also has a positive effect on 1d flexural strength.
