摘　　要：文中结合厦门市湖里区高林安置房一期工程,研究了房屋建筑砌体结构的消能减振抗震加固方案,根据建筑项目抗震基本数据,计算砌体墙的抗剪强度,分析砌体墙的变形参数,结合砌体结构的设防标准,分配不同楼层的剪力强度,对设计参数进行验算,满足房屋建筑砌体结构消能减振抗震加固设计要求。Combined with the first phase of Gaolin resettlement house project in Huli district, Xiamen city, the seismic reinforcement scheme of building masonry structure with energy dissipation and vibration reduction is studied. According to the basic seismic data of the building project, the shear strength of the masonry wall is calculated, the deformation parameters of the masonry wall are analyzed, the shear strength of different floors is allocated according to the fortification standard of the masonry structure, and the design parameters are checked, so as to meet the requirements of seismic reinforcement design of the masonry structure with energy dissipation and vibration reduction.
