土方截污管道明挖施工设计探析

摘　　要：文中以何屋涌土方截污管道明挖工程为例,根据何屋涌工程结构的施工布置特点,结合实际地形条件,布置了土方截污管道明挖施工平面,通过渣土改良、同步注浆及二次注浆,实现该工程的土方截污管道明挖施工。实践证明:该施工方法可以将截污管道顶部的沉降控制在允许范围内,符合土方截污管道明挖施工设计的规范要求。Taking the open-cut construction of Hewuchong earthwork intercepting sewage pipeline as an example, according to the construction layout characteristics of Hewuchong engineering structure and combined with the actual terrain conditions, the open-cut construction plane of earthwork intercepting sewage pipeline is arranged, and the open-cut construction of earthwork intercepting sewage pipeline is realized through muck improvement, synchronous grouting and secondary grouting. Practice has proved that the construction method can control the settlement of the top of the sewage interception pipeline within the allowable range, and meet the standard requirements of the construction design of the earthwork sewage interception pipeline.
