摘　　要：文中围绕全过程工程咨询服务方式,针对项目建设前期总策划、投资成本控制、BIM设计、合约规划、信息化施工等方面进行了详细阐述,协同各参建方落实资源整合,提高管理效率,保障工程质量与施工安全,使得项目的优势得到充分体现。In this paper, through the whole process engineering consulting service, the project management mechanism is practiced, and the general policy at the early stage of the project construction, investment cost control, BIM design, contract planning, information construction and other aspects are elaborated in detail. The advantages of the project are fully reflected by cooperating with all participants to implement resource integration, improve management efficiency, ensure project quality and construction safety.
