摘　　要：文中以某小学教学楼为例,通过广联达BIM土建计量平台构建3D模型出量,并利用广联达云计价平台进行组价,参考广州市2022年3月的信息价完成调价,最后对人材机组成进行分析控制,促进招投标市场的协调稳定。Taking a teaching building in a primary school as an example, this paper constructs 3D model output volume through the BIM civil construction measurement platform of Guanglianda, and uses the cloud pricing platform of Guanglianda to group prices. The price adjustment is completed by referring to the information price of Guangzhou in March 2022. Finally, the production of talent units is analyzed and controlled to promote the coordination and stability of the bidding market.
