复方重楼凝胶的皮肤刺激性及过敏性考察

摘　　要：目的考察复方重楼凝胶经皮给药的皮肤刺激性及过敏性。方法通过兔皮肤(完整和破损)刺激性实验、豚鼠主动皮肤过敏性实验,对皮肤刺激反应、刺激强度、过敏程度进行评价,并进行皮肤病理检测,考察复方重楼凝胶经皮给药的皮肤刺激性及过敏性。结果皮肤刺激性实验中,复方重楼凝胶对兔完整和破损皮肤无明显刺激性;过敏性实验中,复方重楼凝胶未见致敏现象。结论复方重楼凝胶对皮肤无刺激性及致敏性,为开发治疗虫咬皮炎新制剂提供了安全性评价数据。Objective To investigate the skin irritation and irritability of compound Paris polyphylla gel.Methods Based on rabbit skin(intact and damaged)irritation tests and active skin allergy tests on guinea pigs,the response and intensity of skin irritation as well as the severity of allergy were assessed before skin pathology was studied in order to explore the skin irritation and irritability of compound Paris polyphylla gel.Results In the skin irritation test,compound Paris polyphylla gel caused no obvious irritation to the intact or damaged skin of rabbits.In the anaphylaxis experiment,no sensitization was detected.Conclusion Compound Paris polyphylla gel causes no irritation and irritability to the skin.
