摘 要:氟尿嘧啶类药物诱导心脏毒性是患者进行含氟尿嘧啶类药物治疗中诱发的心脏毒性,是一种抗肿瘤治疗过程中严重的并发症,较为少见,对肿瘤患者的预后和生存有显著影响。随着氟尿嘧啶类药物的广泛应用,其心脏毒性也日益受到重视。本文主要对氟尿嘧啶类药物诱导心脏毒性的临床表现、发生率、可能机制、预测方法、救治药物和治疗方案、替代治疗等研究进展进行综述。Fluorouracil-induced cardiotoxicity(FIC)is the cardiotoxicity induced by fluorouracil-containing drugs during treatment,which is a rare but serious complication during antitumor chemotherapy that impacts the prognosis and survival of cancer patients.With the wider application of fluorouracil,its cardiotoxicity is attracting more attention.In this paper,the clinical manifestations,incidence,possible mechanisms,prediction methods,therapeutic agents and treatment regimens,and alternative therapies of fluorouracil-induced cardiotoxicity were reviewed.
