摘 要:AZ31B镁合金易氧化、耐蚀性差,为避免高温对其焊接接头质量的影响,用超声波焊接工艺制备镁合金焊接接头,研究不同焊接能量下接头界面温度、接头形貌及力学性能。结果表明:随焊接能量增加,焊接接头界面温度和塑性变形单调增加且出现了波浪状、漩涡状形貌,当焊接能量达3 500 J时接头处出现明显裂纹;接头显微硬度随焊接能量增加先增后降,焊接能量为500、1 500、2 500、3 500 J时,界面结合区的硬度比母材分别提高17%、25%、33%、28%;随焊接能量增加,接头剪切力在2 500 J达到峰值后降低,接头断裂形式由界面断裂转变为沿焊接区域边缘断裂。AZ31B magnesium alloy is a kind of metal material that is easily oxidized and has poor corrosion resistant. To avoid the influence of high temperature on the quality of its welded joint,the welded joint of magnesium alloy was prepared by ultrasonic spot welding. The interface temperature,joint morphology and mechanical properties of the joint under different welding energies were studied. The results show that with the increase of welding energy,the interface temperature and the degree of plastic deformation at the welding joint monotonously increases,and wavy and vortex shapes appear at the welding interface. When the welding energy reaches 3 500 J,obvious cracks appear in the welding zone. With the increase of welding energy,the microhardness of the welded joint first increases and then decreases. When the welding energy is 500 J,1 500 J,2 500 J,and 3 500 J,the microhardness of the interfacial bonding region is 17%,25%,33%,and 28% higher than that of the base metal respectively. With the increase of welding energy,the joint shear force reaches a peak at 2 500 J and then decreases. The fracture form of joint changes from interface fracture to fracture along the edge of welding area.
