摘  要:采用湿法消解-火焰光度(FP)法和微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定4个不同厂家的餐厨垃圾堆肥产品中总钠含量,对其灵敏度、精密度和准确度进行比较,为准确测定餐厨垃圾堆肥产品中总钠含量提供可靠的方法依据。结果表明:两种方法测得的钠离子浓度均在一定范围内与仪器响应值呈良好的线性关系(r^(2)> 0.999),湿法消解-FP法和微波消解-ICP-OES法的全钠检出限分别为0.100 mg∕L和0.082 mg∕L;对同一标准物质用湿法消解-FP法与微波消解-ICP-OES法分别测得的全钠加标回收率为101.0%-10.3. 0%和99.0%-102.5%,标准物质与加标样测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于4.00%;对4种餐厨垃圾堆肥产品用湿法消解-FP法与微波消解-ICP-OES法的相对偏差在1.14%-5.66%。两种方法均可以用于餐厨垃圾堆肥产品中总钠检测,其中微波消解-ICP-OES法检出限和样品测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)相对较低,更适合餐厨垃圾堆肥产品中总钠的测定。The total sodium content of food waste compost products from 4 different factories was determined by wet digestion-flame photometry( FP) method and microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) method,and their sensitivity,precision and accuracy were compared in order to provide a reliable method basis for the accurate determination of total sodium content of food waste compost products. The results showed that the sodium ion concentration measured by the two methods had a good linear relationship with the instrument response value within a certain range(r^(2)> 0. 999). The detection limits of total sodium of wet digestion-FP method and microwave digestion-ICP-OES method were 0. 100 mg∕L and 0. 082 mg∕L respectively.For the same reference material,the recoveries of total sodium spiked by wet digestion-FP method and microwave digestion-ICP-OES method were 101. 0% -10. 3. 0% and 99. 0% -102. 5%,respectively. The relative standard deviation(n= 6) of the measured values of the reference material and spiked sample was less than 4. 00%. The relative deviation between wet digestion-FP method and microwave digestion-ICP-OES method for 4 kinds of food waste compost products was 1. 14% -5. 66%. Both methods could be used for the determination of total sodium in food waste compost products. The detection limit of microwave digestion-ICP-OES method and the relative standard deviation(RSD) of sample determination were relatively low, which was more suitable for the determination of total sodium in food waste compost products.
