摘 要:随机采集30只分娩后湖羊泌乳早期(泌乳第1周)、中期(泌乳第4周)和晚期(泌乳第6周)3个时期的乳样,分别检测氨基酸含量和平衡性、主要化学成分含量、维生素和矿物元素含量,探究湖羊在泌乳期不同阶段的乳汁成分变化规律。结果表明:泌乳第1周乳汁中缬氨酸和赖氨酸含量显著高于第4周和第6周,泌乳第1周乳汁中组氨酸和丝氨酸含量显著高于第6周,而脯氨酸含量随着泌乳期显著增加。泌乳第1周的乳汁中总氨基酸和必需氨基酸含量极显著高于第4周和第6周,非必需氨基酸和支链氨基酸含量仅在泌乳第1周时极显著高于第6周,呈味氨基酸含量在泌乳第6周显著低于第1周和第4周。泌乳第1周的乳汁中蛋白质和乳糖含量显著高于第4周和第6周,而泌乳第1周和第4周的乳汁中脂肪和干物质含量显著高于第6周。泌乳第6周乳汁中铜和铁含量显著高于第1周和第4周,不同泌乳期乳汁中P含量差异不显著;泌乳第1周乳汁中VA和VD含量极显著高于第4周,但极显著低于第6周。研究结果可为湖羊羔羊早期断奶料的制备提供一定依据。The milk samples of 30 post-parturition Hu sheep were randomly collected at 3 periods of early lactation(the 1st week of lactation),middle lactation(the 4th week of lactation) and late lactation(the 6th week of lactation). The content and balance of amino acids,the content of main chemical components,vitamins and mineral elements were detected respectively to explore the changes of milk composition of Hu sheep at different periods of lactation. The results showed that the content of valine and lysine in milk at the 1st week of lactation was significantly higher than that at the 4th and 6th weeks of lactation,and the content of histidine and serine in milk at the 1st week of lactation was significantly higher than that at the 6th week of lactation,while the proline content increased significantly with lactation. The content of total amino acids and essential amino acids in milk at the 1st week of lactation was significantly higher than that at the 4th and 6th weeks of lactation,the content of non-essential amino acids and branched-chain amino acids was significantly higher at the 1st week of lactation than that at the 6th week of lactation,and the flavored amino acids content was significantly lower at the 6th week of lactation than that at the 1st and 4th weeks of lactation. The content of protein and lactose in milk at the 1st week of lactation was significantly higher than that at the 4th and 6th weeks of lactation,while the content of fat and dry matter in milk at the 1st and 4th weeks of lactation was significantly higher than that at the 6th week of lactation. The content of copper and iron in milk at the 6th week of lactation was significantly higher than that at the 1st and 4th weeks of lactation,and P content in milk at different lactation periods was not significantly different. The content of VA and VD in milk at the 1st week of lactation was significantly higher than that at the4th week of lactation,but significantly lower than that at the 6th week of lactation.
