提升宁夏农业科技服务能力的对策探析

摘　　要：宁夏回族自治区第十三次党代会提出要发展“六特”产业,农业科技服务体系建设,对于促进宁夏农业稳定发展、农民持续增收,加快改造传统农业、走中国特色农业现代化道路具有重大的现实意义。本文通过总结宁夏农业科技服务发展现状,分析农业科技服务中存在的突出问题,在此基础上提出以数字赋能提升宁夏农业科技服务能力的对策建议,为加强宁夏农业科技服务体系构建、促进宁夏“六特”产业健康可持续发展和地方政府、部门决策提供参考依据。The 13th Party Congress of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region proposed to develop six characteristic industries and the construction of agricultural science and technology service system, which is of great practical significance for promoting the stable development of agriculture in Ningxia, increasing farmers’ income,accelerating the transformation of traditional agriculture and taking the road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. This paper summarizes the current situation of agricultural science and technology service development in Ningxia, analyzes the outstanding problems in agricultural science and technology service, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, that is, by improving the agricultural science and technology service capacity in Ningxia with digital empowerment, hoping to provide reference for construction of agricultural science and technology service system in Ningxia, promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the six characteristic industries and local government and department decision-making.
