摘  要:目的对2021赛季中超联赛技战术层面4个比赛时段中存在的短板进行探究,为我国青训提供参考意见。方法运用文献资料、录像观察、专家访谈、比较分析及逻辑分析等方法。结果在组织进攻方面,配合推进与射门终结的过程太过依赖外援,同时后场的进攻存在自信心不足等问题。在组织防守方面,阵型落位的距离与行动整体性方面存在不足,前场压迫防守时中后场跟进意识不到位,深度防守时对大禁区前沿空挡的保护问题。组织转换方面,对反击第一点的判断、封闭、夹抢不足。结论在足球理念的问题上,需提高队员自主思考的能力;科学的发展专项体能;处理好“走出去”与“引进来”的关系。从青训做起,立足于我国足球联赛发展现状,积极提升我国足球发展水平。Objective To explore the the shortcomings in the 4 game periods at the technical and tactical level of the 2021 Chinese Football Association Super League,to provide a reference for our youth training.Methods Uses literature,video observation,expert interviews,comparative analysis and logical analysis.Results In terms of offensive organisation,there is too much reliance on the foreigners in the process of advancing and finishing the shot,while there is a lack of self-confidence in the offense at the back.In terms of defensive organisation,there are deficiencies in the distance of the formation and the integrity of the action,and there is a lack of awareness of follow-up in the centre-back when pressing in front of the defence.In terms of organising transitions,there is a lack of judgement,closure and clamping down on the first point of the counter-attack.Conclusion The need to improve the ability of players to think on their own when it comes to notions about football,the scientific development of specific physical skills,and the relationship between"going out"and"coming in"should be handled well.Starting with youth training,it need to actively improve the development of football in China,based on the current situation of the football league.
