摘  要:介绍了一种新型装配式快速堵口装置,其可用于形成临时坝体结构来解决堤坝决口的封堵问题。受水流的影响,堵口装置在抛投过程中会沿纵向移动一定的距离,这将对堵口装置的排列及形成稳定的坝体结构产生不利影响。对此,基于计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)建立了堵口装置下落过程的三维数值计算模型,并通过模型试验对其合理性和有效性进行了验证。然后,研究了水深、流速、装置质量等因素对堵口装置纵向漂距的影响。数值计算和模型试验结果表明:堵口装置的纵向漂距随流速、水深增大非线性增大,随质量增加非线性减小;当处于同一入水深度时,堵口装置在浅水条件下的水平位移较深水条件下的更大。A novel prefabricated rapid closure device is proposed in this paper,which can be used to plug dike breaches by forming a temporary dam structure.Due to the influence of the water flow,the plugging device will move a certain distance in the longitudinal direction during the casting process,which will adversely affect the arrangement of the devices and the construction of stable dams.Hence,a three-dimensional(3D)numerical calculation model of the dropping closure device was established based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD)methodology,and its rationality and effectiveness were verified by model tests.Then,the effects of water depth,current velocity,device weight and other factors on the longitudinal displacement of the closure device were investigated.The numerical calculations and model test observations shows that the longitudinal displacement travelled by the closure device nonlinearly goes up with the increment of water depth and current velocity as well as the reduction of device mass;when at the same penetration depth underwater,the device’s horizontal displacement in shallower water is greater than that in deeper water.
